My first experience of producing a website was the photo-journal I wrote, and put on-line, recording my sailing trip to the Caribbean over the winter of 1998-99 (see Photo-Journals page).
In early 2000 I produced the first website for my boat dealership business, a presentation which developed considerably over the years to the final, and much more extensive, Sound Yachting website.
More recent websites are both personal, such as this one, or in support of small enterprises or community services.
After initially relying on basic web design software, I've since taught myself how to write (most of) the code for my websites, offering much greater design freedom and satisfaction in the end result.
